Cultivate Thailand
Cultivate Thailand is a two-year Team Leader Development Program offered to new Cross Cultural Church Planters who desire to lead a team among the unreached of Southeast Asia. The program is designed for the new Church Planter to go from arriving on the field to launching into leading a team after two years. Prerequisites for this program is to have led a team in some form or capacity, being sent out under the approval of your church leadership and working for a mission organization. Participants will live in Thailand during their training.

Kajabi
Kajabi is Cultivate’s online learning platform and has over 40 modules dispersed throughout the two-years. Each module is over a two week period. Everything is self paced, but each module is expected to be completed within the 2-week time frame. Content can be accessed through the website or mobile app. Modules contain many different ways of learning, from watching videos, to reading, to listening to podcasts or completing various activities. Cohorts
Cohorts are meetings with Cultivate Leadership and others in the program. Meetings will be held at the end of each 2-week module. Cohorts are 2-hours long and include a recap of the curriculum, discussion of the material, activities to reinforce learning, Q&A and a time to teach it back.
Mentors
While at Cultivate, every participant will have ministry Mentor. A Mentor is someone who is already carrying out church planting work locally. Mentors will work with Cultivate Participants for a specific time period in which they will model towards competency different aspects of ministry including evangelism, discipleship, church planting and developing leaders. Participants will be able to observe and learn from mentors as they watch them in their ministry rhythms.
Cost
The cost of Cultivate Thailand is a one time fee of $2000 USD. This helps to support the expenses incurred over the two-year training.
